Appearance - Deep Red with crimson hues and a brilliant clarity.
Nose - Intense aromas of ripe, dark berries laced with dusty, toasty, chocolate and vanilla nuances.
Palate - The style is full bodied and complex, with oak in balance with the fruit. An intense palate, showing a generous array of dark berry, mulberry and plum fruit flavours. Well integrated oak adds complexity with appealing sweet cedar, cloves and vanilla flavours in support of the fruit. Soft acid and rich, mouth coating tannins complete the structure, which complement the delicious berry fruit finish.
